Party and Wedding Bands

For many functions a party band is still the very best entertainment solution. All our party bands cover a wide range of music, from the fifties to current chart hits. We list below a small selection of our most popular acts, with many, many others available (please phone for more information). Demo CDs and repertoire lists for all of our bands are available on request.

Our bands are very happy to work to brief. In the case of weddings or civil ceremonies we are always happy to learn a first song and use a combination of your requests and their knowledge of what makes people dance, to put together the ideal repertoire for your evening. Also, all of our band leaders, as are our DJs, are very, very experienced at reading an audience and do not stick to set lists but tailor the running order as they read the audience. In short, the right music, at the right time, at the right volume!

Many clients now request a fresh contemporary pop band and the best of these is Ob Jay Da, who feature a unique female vocalist /guitarist and cover rock pop classics from the Stones, Beatles, through Brit Pop, New Wave, Indie right up to current bands. Available as a trio or quartet with saxophone.

A five, six or seven piece band designed to suit any event. Two glamorous female singers are always included. A one hour ABBA tribute can be provided upon request.
